Refund Policy

In case you wish to cancel an order once you’ve made the payment. Still, the application documents haven’t been submitted; Delaware Mobile Signings will refund the total fee upon your request without any hassle. While canceling the request post submitting your application documents that have been processed already and/or a payment has been made to the concerned state agency or supplier, we cannot be held liable for refunding any amount of the fee.

The refund policy you must read thoroughly before applying is as follows –

1) No refund will be made after 90 days of the payment being made or the application documents being received.

2) Only 50% of the total fee will be refunded if the request has been made between the 31 to 90 days of the payment being made and documents being sent.

3) In case you’ve made the cancellation request within 30 days of placing the order, a full-fee refund would be made with just a 25% deduction as service charges.

Note –

We cannot refund any state fee, bond premiums, or omissions and error premiums once your applications have been processed. 

As soon as the administration approves your refund request, your amount would be transferred by the accounts in no more than 10 business days.
